Well the racials I was using has the main sensor type at 3.2 with the others at 1.2 and a T2 Multi-spec that I ussually use is 2.4 in all so in theory I think the four racials would be better. I often think one could get by with just using racials...

with out cloaking? Have as small of a signature as possible and I guess there is more of a chance that their scan will miss you. I think if you can put a planet between you and the probe you can get over looked too but I haven't had enough opturni...

Vagas are not the king of all ships...but alot of people won't bother to engage them. You pretty much have to be lucky to get one in web range and even after you get it webbed you might not be able to keep it in web range unless you already are go...
